What is the youngest age for boarding my dog?

Generally puppies are 16-weeks old when they have had their annual round of vaccinations. We like puppies to have their rabies, Bordetella, and annual distemper vaccine prior to boarding. Young puppies could be subject to airborne viruses if they are not fully vaccinated, and even still their immune systems are not fully developed. On occasion, mostly during emergency needs, we will house puppies younger than 16 weeks, but they are not allowed in group play with other dogs until they are fully vaccinated.
